4 Place the detector above the surface of the food container in the case there

is  some  air  layer  at  the  package  top  and  the  food  container  is  large-sized  and
heavyweight.  In  such  a  way,  firstly,  you  can  avoid  too  much  pressure  on  the
detector’s  housing;  secondly,  reduce  the  influence  of  a  possibly  contaminated
surface on which a tested product is located.
