Step 12:
Push the door side of the wire boot into
the door.
Step 13:
Release the top of the door boot on the
vehicle side using a plastic trim tool.
Step 14:
Remove the door sill plate. Begin by
removing the side seat trim panel by
pulling up. Then, using a plastic trim tool
starting at the rear, pry up and remove the
door sill panel. Work your way forward and
release from the kick area.
Once the door sill plate is removed, place in
safe area to avoid damage.
