2A. Assemble “H” Model blower tubes:
(a) Assemble Clamps (A & B) onto both ends of Flexible Blower Tube (C).
(b) Assemble Swivel Blower Tube (D) onto Flexible Blower Tube (C) and
tighten Clamp (B).
2B. Assemble Static Discharge Wire:
(a) Unwrap and fully extend the Static Discharge Wire (J) to insert it through
Flexible Blower Tube (C).
(b) Assemble Flexible Blower Tube (C) onto Elbow Blower Tube (F) and
tighten Clamp (A).
Note: A light lubricant can be used to ease the assembly of Flexible Blower
Tube.
2C. Assemble “H” Model Front Handle Set (E):
(a) Loosen Wing Nut (I) on bottom of Front Handle Set (E) and expand
clamp to allow it to slide over Swivel Blower Tube (D). Front Handle
Set (E) should be angled slightly away from operator and positioned for
comfortable operation. Tighten Wing Nut (I).
Note: The alignment groove in the Front Handle Set (E) must align within
the area of metal strips on top of the Swivel Blower Tube (D).
2D. Assemble Straight Tubes:
(a) Assemble Straight Blower Tube (G) onto Swivel Blower Tube (D) until
light resistance is felt. Hold Swivel Blower Tube and turn Straight Blower
Tube clockwise to engage Posi-Loc
TM
channels, until connection is firm.
Do not force connection.
(b) Assembly Nozzle Blower Tube (H) to Straight Blower Tube (G) as shown
in previous step.
Note: Blower Tube use can eventually loosen connections. Exclusive Posi-
Loc
TM
tube design allows tubes to be re-tightened. Remove straight
tubes and reinstall per instructions.
