CARBURETTOR ADJUSTMENT
REGOLAZIONE DEL CARBURATORE
Every unit is run at the factory and the carburettor is set
in compliance with Emission Regulations. In addition,
the carburettor is equipped with “H” (High Speed
Needle) and “L” (Low Speed Needle) needle
adjustment limiters that prevent settings outside
acceptable limits.
1. Before adjusting carburettor clean or replace air filter
and muffler.

H: High speed mixture adjuster
L: Low speed mixture adjuster
T: Idle speed adjuster
H: High speed einsteller
L: Low speed einsteller
T: Standgas einsteller
2. Start engine and run several minutes to bring to
operating temperature. Flash choke twice during
warm-up to clear any air from the fuel system.
3. Stop engine.
Turn “H” speed needle anticlockwise to stop.
Turn “L” speed needle midway between full
clockwise stop and anticlockwise stop.
4. Idle Speed Adjustment:
•
Start engine, turn “Idle” speed adjustment knob
clockwise until the wheel begins to turn, then turn
knob out anticlockwise until the wheel stops
turning. Turn knob out, anticlockwise, an additional
1/4 turn.

Der Vergaser eines jeden Gerätes wurde bei der
Herstellung optimal entsprechend den
Emmisionsvorschriften eingestellet. Zusätzlich ist der
Vergaser mit einer “H” (High Speed) und “L” (Low
Speed) Einstellschraube ausgestattet. Mittels dieser
Schrauben kann die Vergasereinstellung innerhalb
eines vorgegebenen Rahmens verändert werden.
1. Bevor Sie Einstellungen am Vergaser vornehmen,
die Luftfilter und den Auspuff reinigen bzw. ersetzen.
ACHTUNG
GEFAHR
IM STANDGAS DARF SICH DIE TRENNSCHEIBE
NICHT DREHEN.
2. Motor starten und einige Minuten “warmlaufen” lassen,
damit der Motor auf Betriebstemperatur kommt.
Chokehebel währenddessen zwei mal kurz ziehen, um
die Luft aus den Benzinleitungen zu bekommen.
3. Motor stoppen.
“H” Schraube bis Anschlag nach links drehen.
“L” in Mittelstellung bringen.
4. Standgaseinstellung:
•
Motor starten, “Standgaseinsteller” nach rechts
drehen, bis sich die Trennscheibe bewegt, danach
nach links drehen bis die Trennscheibe stehen bleibt.
Jetzt zusätzlich noch 1/4 Umdrehung nach links
drehen.

L’ACCESSORIO DI TAGLIO NON DEVE GIRARE
QUANDO LA MACCHINA È A REGIME MINIMO.
Ogni unità è collaudata in fabbrica ed il carburatore è
regolato in base alle Leggi sull’Emissione. Inoltre, il
carburatore è fornito di limitatori di regolazione : Ago
alta velocità (H) ed Ago a bassa velocità (L) che
impediscono una regolazione al di fuori dei limiti
accettabili.
1. Prima di regolare il carburatore pulite o sostituite il
filtro d’aria ed il silenziatore.
H: Spillo regimi alti
L: Spillo regimi bassi
T: Regolazione del minimo
2. Avviate il motore e fatelo girare per alcuni minuti per
portarlo alla temperatura di funzionamento.
Spingete la valvola dell’aria due volte durante il
riscaldamento per togliere l’aria dal sistema
d’alimentazione.
3. Fermate il motore.
Girate l’ago d’alta velocità in senso antiorario per
fermare.
Girate l’ago di bassa velocità a metà tra il completo
arresto in senso orario e l’arresto in senso
antiorario.
4. Regolazione del minimo:
•
Avviate il motore, girate la manopola di
regolazione del minimo finché il disco non inizia a
girare, poi girate la manopola in senso antiorario fino
a quando il disco non gira più. Girate la manopola
in senso antiorario per 1/4 di giro in più.
