operators beyond normal use conditions;

Users or operators modify or add equipment that does not meet the
requirements of official instructions and guidance;

Any manmade reason or external force reason that is not Party A's
responsibility;
⚫
Direct or indirect fault or loss caused by flight under unseaworthy
conditions (such as equipment alarm, bad weather, etc.);
⚫
Direct or indirect faults or losses caused by force majeure such as natural
disasters, wars, terrorist attacks, riots and coups;
⚫
All losses of leased equipment due to theft, robbery and other reasons;
⚫
Other faults or damages caused by problems other than product design,
manufacturing and quality;
⚫
UAV damage or losses caused by the falling due to non-product quality
reasons.
3. In case of failure of product parts not covered by the warranty, the user shall
have the right to consult Party A for repair or replacement, and the cost of repair
and replacement shall be determined by both parties through consultation.
4. When the company introduces other preferential sales policies, the specific
provisions shall be implemented.
