Countershaft Assembly

How to Install the Countershaft Assembly

To Assemble

Remove the rear bearing cover and install the
retaining snap ring in the countershaft rear snap
ring groove.

Position a new gasket on the rear bearing cover
mounting surface and install the rear bearing
cover.

Apply sealant/adhesive and install the capscrews,
tighten to 35-45 Lb

·ft of torque.
