Model BV4000C-2 has been tested to UL Standards
UL1482, ULC-S627 for installation into residential ap-
plications. The listing laboratory is OMNI Test
Laboratories, Inc.; Beaverton, Oregon; Report # 030-S-
05-2.

EPA CERTIFICATION

This fireplace insert has been tested to rigorous emis-
sions standard, and has been certified by the Environ-
mental Protection Agency.
