6. Operation
6.1 Installing the smartphone application
When installing the smartphone application, ensure that the E-Connect is
connected to a power source of 12 volts [VDC] and within reach (maximum 10
metres) of the smartphone.
1.
Go to
www.e-trailer.nl/app
and follow the instructions for downloading and
installing the smartphone application via the App Store (iOS / Apple) or via Google
Play Store (Android).
2.
Open the SMART-Trailer application on your smartphone.
PLEASE NOTE
Connect the E-Connect only to a power supply of 12 volts
[VDC]. An incorrect voltage can damage the product and
seamless operation can no longer be guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE
Only use the App Store (iOS/Apple) or the Google Play Store
(Android) to download the smartphone application.
PLEASE NOTE
In order to protect your battery, the E-Connect will
automatically turn off below 10.8 Volt. After charging the
battery, the E-Connect will turn on again.
