7.3  Sensor Diagnostics 

1.  Position the connected sensors such that they are facing a target in their 

operating range.  

2.  Select ‘Diagnostics’ tab, see below.  Select desired NPH port by using ‘Head’ 

slider on the right side of the application window.  

3.  Confirm that the ‘Serial #’ (bottom right of the window) entry matches the serial 

number of the selected sensor and the ‘Ranges’ column reports distance from 
the face of the sensor to the target.

7.4  Application Development 

Please refer to the NPH OEM manual for the information on the supplied libraries 
and tools. The B-Series OEM CD also provides source code for two mt_test and 
curtain_test as examples of the use of provided API.
