MARKINGS ON ENGINE INSTRUMENTS
Intake manifold pressure
Green zone .....................................................................................20 to 29,5 in Hg
Note : as from 29,5 inHg manifold pressure in standard atmosphere, at sea level, the engine
supplies maximum power and there is therefore a greater reserve of power should the
unexpected occur.

Red line: ................................................................................................... 496 RPM
Yellow zone ................................................................................... 496 to 517 RPM
Green zone .................................................................................... 517 to 555 RPM
Yellow zone ................................................................................... 555 to 571 RPM
Red zone ....................................................................................... 571 to 600 RPM
Red line..................................................................................................... 600 RPM

Green zone ................................................................................ 5300 to 5550 RPM
Yellow zone ............................................................................... 5550 to 5710 RPM
Red line .................................................................................................. 5710 RPM
Note : the green zone on the engine rev counter corresponds to the green zone on the rotor
rev counter
Coolant temperature
Yellow zone............................................................................................ 70 to 75 °C
Green zone ............................................................................................ 75 to 95°C
Yellow zone ......................................................................................... 95 to 106 °C
