9 ITVC-features
9.1 Block diagram
The main features of the ITVC electronic unit are:
To acquire the commands from control room
To acquire the feedback from sensors of the actuator (position pressure, etc.) and ITVC hardware (temperature,
current, etc.)
To process the acquired data and send commands to the Solenoid Operated Valves to move the process valve
To send status, alarms and warning signals of “ITVC-actuator- H/PCU” system to control room
To log alarms, warning, events
