Please remember to pre- drill all holes prior to fixing
The window and door shown in this diagram may
differ to the one supplied with your product but
the principles are the same for all windows and doors.
To fix the drip bar to the frame you will need to use
35mm screws spaced about 300mm apart.
Position the drip bar so that it sits directly above
the window or door sash/sashes by approximately 5mm.
When fixing the drip bar, screw through the drip bar
and into window/door frame.

Once the frame of the door is in place and the cabin
has been assembled, you need to fit the door sashes.
The hinges for the door are pre-fitted to both the frame
and the outer sashes.
Lift the door sash onto the door frame by lining up
the hinges and lowering the sash down onto them.
Try to close the doors. If you find that the doors
do not close properly, because the sashes are not level,
you need to adjust the hinges.
To do this open the door and lift off from the hinges.
Next you can wind in or out each hinge on the door sash
in order to move the sash into line with the frame.
If you need to adjust the gap between the frame and
the sash then you can screw in or out each hinge
on the frame.
Note: Before proceeding with the installation of
the door bolts, make sure that the door frame
and doors are plumb and fully operational.
On the secondary sash position the door bolts
as shown below
With the secondary sash closed engage the door bolts
to the 19mm trim and mark round with a pencil.
Pre drill the centre of the hole to prevent splitting
the timber and finish off with an 8mm drill bit.
Offer up the door bolt retainer bracket, line it up
with the hole and the inside face of the 19mm trim.
Screw in place using the screws provided.
