through spur gears, gear train.
Desmodromic timing system

1) Opening (or upper) rocker.
2) Opening rocker shim.
3) Closing (or lower) rocker shim.
4) Closing (or lower) rocker.
5) Camshaft.
6) Valve.
Performance data
Maximum speed in any gear should be reached only after a
correct running-in period with the motorcycle properly
serviced at the recommended intervals.
