Steering damper

(fig. 41)

It is located on the left leg of the front fork and is secured to
the frame and the fork.
It provides stable and accurate steering, improving the
motorcycle's handling response under any conditions.
Turn the knob (1) clockwise to obtain harder steering, or
counter clockwise to make it softer.
Each setting position is identified by an audible "click".

Warning

Never attempt to turn the knob (1) while riding, or you

might lose control of the motorcycle.
