‘Menu/Password’ allows the
user to password protect the
Settings Menu, preventing
access to unauthorised
personnel. See page 29 for
details.
‘Default Settings’ allows the
user to restore the settings
to the Factory Default. The
capsule count and descale
counter will not be affected.
See page 28 for details.
‘System Check’ allows Dualit
to diagnose problems with the
machine and recommend a
course of action.
‘Standby Settings’ allows the
user to adjust the amount
of time before the Standby
Mode is activated. Standby
Mode saves electricity, so you
may want to reduce the time.
See page 30 for details.
‘Version Info’ allows Dualit to
check the software version
information on the machine.

Once the setting has been
adjusted select ‘BACK’.
The new settings will be
saved to the system and will
remain until changed or the
default settings are restored.
GROUP 1 AND 2 SETTINGS
The CaféPro has Dosing features that ensure the correct amount of drink is dispensed every
time. It is possible to adjust the dispense volume of the Dosing Buttons and to independently
increase or decrease the ‘coffee’ temperature to your preference. Ensure the Water Tank is full
and the machine is switched ON.

Hold the ‘BACK’ and ‘OK’
buttons for 5 seconds to
bring up the Settings Menu.
Use the up and down arrows
to select either Espresso, Lungo
or Temperature, then click
‘OK’.
Adjust the Volume/Dispense
Temperature level with the
arrows and click ‘OK’ when
finished.
/\ - Increase Temp/Volume
V - Decrease Temp/Volume
Press the down arrow until
the Group Head you wish
to change is highlighted, then
click ‘OK’.
Group 1- Left Hand Side
Group 2 - Right Hand Side
Once all Volumes and
Temperatures are set as
desired, click ‘BACK’ to return
to the Settings Menu. To leave
the menu click ‘BACK’ again.
NOTE
- The factory
setting of the machine is
programmed to 35ml for
the Espresso Button and
70ml for the Lungo Button.

settings please see page
28.
All settings will be saved in
the memory even when the
machine is switched off or
unplugged.
