Possible malfunctions:
The appliance does have a flame effect and the ventilator is
also working, but there is no more hot air coming from the
appliance.
Maybe the thermal cut-out has been activated. After some
time the thermal cut-out will have cooled down, after
which the appliance will start generating heat again.
If the thermal cut-out is activated again straight away and
switches off the heating element, you should consult your
supplier.
The appliance has stopped working altogether.
Remove the plug from the appliance and check if both
fuses in the mains entrance have not blown.
If the fuses have blown you can replace them (2 pieces of
8 amp slow-blow) and connect the plug again.
If the fuses blow again, you should contact your supplier.
Under no circumstances use fuses of more than 8 amp.
This would have serious consequences in case of a short
circuit.
The hearth does not respond to the remote control:
Maybe the batteries of your remote control are empty,
insert new batteries. If the problem persists, contact your
supplier.
