IMPORTANT:
The countertop surface is hard; However, it is not unbreakable and can be
damaged. Especially if sharp or hard objects are allowed to fall on it with some force.

After each use
Clean the stove with a damp cloth and a little liquid detergent.
Dry the device by rubbing the surface with a clean cloth.
If the hob is very dirty, if the countertop surface is made of stainless steel, a suitable
stainless steel cleaner should be used.
IMPORTANT:
If a stainless steel cleaner is not used regularly, the surface of the plate may
change color over a period of time. For other surfaces of the countertop, a cleaner such as
"Hob Brite" or "Bar Keepers Friend" may be appropriate.
Using a specialized kitchen cleaner
It is possible to buy specialized glass ceramic cleaner / conditioner. You must follow the
instructions provided by the manufacturer of the specialized glass ceramic cleaner. You must

If something is spilled on the plate, it can be removed with a soft brush, a plastic or
nylon scrubber and warm water.
To keep the solid plates in good condition, you should put some olive oil on a kitchen

Alternatively, you can use a hot plate conditioner; These products can usually be found
in large supermarkets and hardware stores. The manufacturer's instructions should be

If the solid plates are not regularly maintained with olive oil or with a cooking
plate conditioner, they can rust
