key is pressed, the selected
» Set point «
and the preset
» Gas type «
appear
in the display.
After the
key is pressed, the device is ready for calibration.
●
After the prompt
» Supply gas «
, supply suitable calibration gas, see “Calibration” on
●
After a feed of at least 3 L/min, the message
» Gas detected «
appears in the display.
●
The instrument conducts the calibration independently.
●
For devices with an integrated ambient pressure sensor, a pressure correction is automat-
ically conducted for dry gas calibration.
●
After successful calibration,
» Calibration OK «
appears in the display.
●
If calibration was not successful, the error message
» Calibration error «
appears in the
display.
In this case, repeat the calibration.
» Accuracy check «
●
After selection of the
» Accuracy check «
with the
key, the calibration gas to be used
appears in the display.
●
Continue the procedure in accordance with the previously described calibration steps.
After a successful accuracy check, the result appears in the display.
The previous calibration of the device is not changed.
» Cal. P ambient «
Only for devices with equipped ambient pressure sensor.
The current measured ambient pressure is displayed.
In case of a large deviation (>10 hPa) from the actual established ambient pressure (a suit-
able, and calibrated as necessary, absolute pressure measuring device should be used), the
correct value can be set using the
and
keys.
This value is confirmed by pressing the
key.
