Instead of flameproof cable glands Explosion proof seals are used.
Read the installation manual of the explosion proof seals carefully to avoid dangerous situations.
Notes:
1.
–Control Equipment and Electrical Apparatus connected to the 8800E / 8801E Rack
monitor should NOT use or generate more than 250 Volts AC.
2.
–Installation should be in accordance with Electrical installations in hazardous areas
EN60079-14, EN50281 VDE-0165,NEC ANSI/NFPA 70 and ANSI/ISA RP12.6.
In Canada, the system must be installed in accordance with the Canadian Electrical
Code, CEC Part 1 and/or in accordance with all national and local regulations
(codes) for installation of electrical equipment.
