Ingredient is a kind of product feature that is not stocked out of the warehouse,
but only the product’s ingredients are. This lets you define at the point of sale
of a product the exactly-defined quantity of other items to be stocked out of
the warehouse.
First, in the cash register you create products to be used as ingredients, set up the
proper units for the ingredients and hide the products (in the product properties
you deactivate the option Display as box ).
Next, create the main product, save it and open again. In the item

deactivate stocking out from the warehouse. Then in the item
Ingredients
add the
products formerly created as ingredients and set up their ingredient quantities.
Finally, save everything. When charging the main product, the defined quantity
of individual ingredients will be stocked out from the warehouse automatically.
The availability of the ingredients option depends on the purchased license.
