The touch cash register must be connected to the internet prior to its first use.
The 15" touch cash register can be connected to the Internet via either cable
or wireless Wi-Fi connection. The 10" touch cash register supports the
Wi-Fi connection or (with inserted data SIM card) mobile connection.
If you have a network cable at hand, plug it into the network connector WLAN
at the bottom side of the touch cash register, see the
chapter 1.1 15" cash register

2.2 Connection to the Internet
Before taking next steps please make sure the cash register is properly connec-
ted to the internet. The internet connection is necessary for activating Dotypos
and for the real-time backing up of cash register data into the cloud as well.
To connect the cash register to Wi-Fi, pull down the upper bar with the clock
and hold your finger on the Wi-Fi connection icon. This will open the wireless co-
nnection settings. Now select from the list of available networks or use the item
+ Add network at the end of the list to define your own hidden Wi-Fi network.
