3.2.3 User management
You can create user accounts for all users who will use the cash register. User
accounts allow you to define the accessibility of individual cash register functions.
So you can very easily prevent the crew from accessing e.g. sales overviews or ware-
house information. In default settings, you use the unlimited Administrator account.
To set other user accounts, open the side menu, tap on the
Application settings
and then select
User management
. On the left you can see the list of users.
By clicking on the selected user you can adjust his or her settings. To delete a user,
tap on the button DELETE USER in the bottom part.
If you require users to be authorized, set a PIN for every user account. It will be
impossible to log in without PIN.

User accounts can be also managed via the Dotypos Cloud web interface (more

).
