Extent of warranty
Dospel assures the product will be of good working
order according to the technical operating conditions
attached with the warranty. The warranty covers
manufacturing and operating parts defects. The warranty
covers free equipment repairs during a period of 2 years.
Warranty claims begin on the date of purchase and end
on the last day of the warranty period, calculated from
the date of manufacture or purchase, referred to above
according to the specific product.
Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover defects caused by the
following:

mechanical power defects, unclean product,
-
alterations, structural changes,
-
activities related to the maintenance and cleaning of
the product, unauthorised repairs,
-
accidents, natural disasters,
-
the reaction of chemical agents,
-
weather factors (discolourations, etc.),
-
improper storage,
-
transport by courier or by post, improper installation,
-
improper operation of the product (see technical
operations).
Warranty claims are then rejected.
Furthermore, the warranty does not cover claims arising
from incorrect calculations occurring in selecting the
technical parameters by the purchaser or subcontractor.
Implementation of the customer's rights occurs
through the following:
— repair or replacement of parts recognised as defective
by Dospel,
— removal of other defects in the product.
— The concept of “repair'' does not include the
operations mentioned in the instruction manual
(maintenance, cleaning), to which the user is obliged to
do.
The warranty card is valid if:
it was filled out correctly,
is presented with the receipt or a copy of the invoice
(proof of purchase),
-
the date on the warranty card matches the date on the
receipt or invoice,
-
the serial number of the product matches the one on
the warranty card.
The faulty product:
-
should be delivered to a specialist, authorised dealer
preferred by Dospel, a Dospel service consultant, or sent
directly to Dospel by courier,
-
should have the completed warranty card filled out and
attached.
Defects that occur during the warranty period will be
repaired as soon as possible, not exceeding 21 days from
the date of product delivery
-
to the service location.
The returned product will be replaced under the
following conditions:
Dospel confirms that repairing it is impossible, or the
cost of removing the defect by Dospel is too expensive,
is repaired for the fourth time (under warranty) due to
the same manufacturing defect.
If the product is unavailable, the customer may be issued
a new one with similar dimensions and technical
parameters.
After replacement, the warranty period is renewed.
Warranty is not extended because of product repairs.
Warranty cost:
The delivery cost of the product is undertaken by the
person using the warranty, a consultant, or manufacturer,
The cost of repair is covered fully by Dospel,
In case the claim is rejected by Dospel, the product will
be returned to the place of origin at the expense of the
recipient. Dospel determines the manner of removal of
defects.
Decisions taken by Dospel for warranty claims shall be
considered final. Duplicate warranty cards are not issued.
Dospel may decline to honour repairs if Dospel company
processes are disrupted, e.g., natural disasters or civil
unrest, or other factors that may affect the realization of
claims within or if, due to the lack of availability of
components within the warranty period, the defect
cannot be removed.
DOSPEL takes no responsibility for possible printing
errors that may appear in the guarantee card / Technical
operations card. DOSPEL reserves the right to make
changes deemed useful in relation to its products
without changing their basic characteristics significantly.
As one of the main objectives of its business, Dospel
chooses to provide its customers with a maximum
satisfaction from the actual product, which contributes
to an increased comfort in everyday life due to its
functionality and reliability.
Disposal of waste products
1. When the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol is on the
product, it indicates that the product is covered by
Directive 2002/96/EC.
2. All electrical and electronic products should be
disposed of separately from the municipal waste stream
via designated storage locations specified by the
government or the local authorities.
3. The correct disposal of your old product will help
prevent potential negative consequences for the
environment.

product, please contact your local authorities, waste
disposal services, or the shop where the product was
purchased.
