High Mounted Fan Bracket Removal 

 
Start By:

. Remove fan belt.

. Remove (5) Bolts from bracket.

. Remove the bracket assembly. 

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Note

: For installation of the fan bracket, reverse the 

removal steps and torque mounting bolts to 50 N·m 
(37 lb·ft.). 
 
 

Coolant Pump Removal 

 

Remove or Disconnect 

 
Start By: 

 

a

. Draining coolant from radiator. 

 

b

. Remove by-pass hose and 

 

c

. LP hose from pump.   

 

d
