Sealing in the middle at the bottom

1.

Glue the other pcs. of the 13 cm long stripes of the

sealing tape at the EPP part as shown. The overlapping

shall be between 5 and 8 mm and the sealing tape shall

be positioned centered.

2.

Fold the sealing tape down and glue it to the EPP part

and the other sealing tape that was glued before.

Caution!

Before gluing check the correct positioning of the

sealing tape. The gluing must be done carefully to

ensure that the gaps are closed, and no water can

splash through.

Sealing of the side walls with the sealing tapes

1.

Use 2 pcs. of 3cm long sealing tapes to seal at the sides

of the sheet metal the gap between the plastic part and

the metal sheet as shown.

Caution!

Before gluing check the correct positioning of the

sealing tape. The gluing must be done carefully to

ensure that the gaps are closed, and no water can

splash through.

Sealing of the right side with the last sealing tape

Use 1 pcs. of the 3 cm long sealing tapes to seal the

gap between the sheet metal and the plastic wall at the

right side of the sheet metal.

Caution!

Before gluing check the correct positioning of the

sealing tape. The gluing must be done carefully to

ensure that the gaps are closed, and no water can

splash through.

2.

When the sheet metals with the plastic part are

completely sealed follow the working steps on page 1

& 2 in the reverse order and use the new screws to fix

the outer housing.

Caution!

Place the plastic clip with the temperature sensor at the

same position at the evaporator (Page 2).
Make sure the cables do not touch any components on

the control PCB (heat sink, etc.) and that the cable of

the water level switch will not touch the edge of the

sheet metal after reconnection.
Check whether the condensate hose and cables are

routed and fixed at the same (correct) position.

NOTICE: When reassembling the unit make sure that no cables are pinched and all lose parts (cable tie residues, etc.) are removed   from    the system.

Check the function in a concluding test run.
