Sealing left and right with 2 other sealing tapes
1.
Use the 2 pcs. of 5,5cm long sealing tapes to seal the
gap between the sheet metal and the plastic wall at the
left and the right in the same way as shown.
STEP 4: SEALING IN FRONT OF THE EVAPORATOR
Preparing the sheet metal
1.
Glue 2 pcs. of the 11cm long stripes of the sealing tape
at the other sheet metal part as shown. The
overlapping shall be between 2 and 5mm and the
sealing tape shall be positioned at the inside edges of
the sheet metal (blue arrow).
Assembling of the front-sheet metal
1.
Assemble the sheet metal in front of the evaporator at
the inside of the plastic water basin as shown.

To do this insert the sheet metal first at the right side
between the plastic wall and the metal bracket of the
evaporator (1.)
3.
Move the sheet metal down (2.) and at the same time
move it to the left (3.) until it fits in the yellow marked
area.
Caution!
Before gluing check the correct orientation of the part
(correct position of the cut out marked with the yellow
arrow) and the positioning of the sealing tape. The
gluing must be done carefully to ensure that the gaps
are closed, and no water can splash through.
