FAULT LOCATION PLAN
FAULT POSSIBLE CAUSES REMEDY
Engine does not start a) lack of fuel a) fill tank
b) bad, contaminated fuel, old fuel in the tank b) always use fresh, clean fuel from clean containers,
clean the carburettor
c) air filter contaminated c) clean the air filter (see engine op. instructions)
d) no ignition spark d) clean the spark plug, possibly replace check
