This is a Microsoft.Net value which represents the number of 100-nanosecond intervals that have elapsed
since 12:00:00 midnight, January 1, 0001, which represents Date, Time, Min. Value. It does not include the
number of ticks that are attributable to leap seconds.

IMPORTANT:
Floating Point numbers on the FTIR are stored Little Endian (least significant register first). The
Master MODBUS system should use "Read Holding Registers” to read data from the FTIR.
