Configuring Dial-up Network Settings

Set up the dial-up network on the PC.

• For setting up a connection to other than "mopera U" and "mopera", contact your ISP or network

administrator.

Example: To connect to the DOCOMO Internet connection service "mopera U", which is
registered to <cid>=3

Setting on Windows 7

Click " スタート (Start)" ▶ " コントロールパネル (Control Panel)" ▶ " ネット
ワークとインターネット (Network and Internet)" ▶ " ネットワークと共有センター
(Network and Sharing Center)"

Click " 新しい接続またはネットワークのセットアップ (New connection or
Network setup)"

Select " ダイヤルアップ接続をセットアップします (Set up dial-up connection)"
▶ Click [ 次へ (Next)]

When the modem selection screen appears, click "FOMA L10C"

The modem selection screen appears only when the PC has multiple modems.

Configure various settings, then click [ 接
続 (Connection)]

• Enter the access point number in the " ダイヤルアッ

プの電話番号 (Phone number to a dial-up connection)"
field.

• Enter a connection name in the " 接続名 (Connection

Name)" field.

• Enter the user name and password provided by

your ISP or network administrator in the " ユーザー名
(Username)" and " パスワード (Password)" fields.

• You can leave the user name and password fields

unfi lled when connecting to "mopera U" or "mopera".

Click [ スキップ (Skip)] on the "( 接続名）に接続中 ... (Connecting to (APN))"

The connection test will not be performed. Only the settings will be checked.

Click [ 閉じる (Close)]
