When uninstalling the “FOMA communication configuration file” (driver) is necessary (such as when
upgrading the version), perform the operation below.

Operate as the user who has the PC administrator right.

If the FOMA terminal is connected to a personal computer via the FOMA
USB Cable with Charge Function 01/02 (option), disconnect the FOMA
USB Cable with Charge Function 01/02.

programs)”.

Select “FOMA P04B USB” and click “

When the user account control display appears after step 3, click “
続行 (Continue)”.
<For Windows XP>
Select “FOMA P04B USB” and click “

Click “OK”.

Click “ はい (Yes)” to restart Windows.
The uninstallation is then completed.

If you remove the FOMA USB Cable with Charge Function 01/02 from the personal computer or click the “

to stop installation while installing the “FOMA communication configuration file” (driver), the “FOMA communication configuration file”
(driver) may not be installed correctly. In that case, execute “P04B_un.exe”

on “P-04B CD-ROM” to delete the “FOMA communication
configuration file” (driver), and then install the files again.

Execute “P04B_un.exe” in the following folders:
Windows 7 32 bit version: “P04B_USB_Driver”
→
“Win7_32”
Windows 7 64 bit version: “P04B_USB_Driver”
→
“Win7_64”
Windows Vista 32 bit version: “P04B_USB_Driver”
→
“WinVista32”
Windows Vista 64 bit version: “P04B_USB_Driver”
→
“WinVista64”
Windows XP: “P04B_USB_Driver”
→
“Win_XP”
