10 Warranty and Exemption
Warranty
This product has a warranty period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
If the product should fail
during normal use in accordance with this Operation Manual and before the warranty expiration date,
we shall repair the product free of charge. Any replacement parts used for repair during the warranty
period shall have the same warranty period as that of the main body of the product.
The above conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Customer and DNS regarding this
product warranty. None of our sales representaties are authorized to modify, extend, or add to this
warranty on our behalf.
Exemptions
1. The stored data in the hard disc shall not be warranteed under any circumstances, either for data
storage or maintenance. It is the user‘s responsibility to make a backup of the important data in
case of emergencies.
2. Any loss caused by the use of this product, the loss caused by the unavailability of this product,
including loss of profit and interruption of the operations, shall not be liable to us.
3. Regarding this product and our services, in case of damage attributable to us, our responsibility
for damages is limited to the product’s purchase price, at maximum. Compensation for damage
shall be limited to the actual, direct, and normal costs.
4. In case of an unavoidable or unforeseen situation we may replace the product with an equivalent
device.
