7 – 2 – 4 Start sectioning
1. Touch SLIDE PREPARATION (ONLINE) on the
touch panel of the Main Unit.
2. The preoperational check screen will be displayed.
Check the blade, the tape, the remaining slide
numbers, the drip water and the humidify water that
are prepared sufficiently for the process. Touch OK.
3. Select the tray number of which the block is set.
(24-sample feeder will not indicate)
4. Change the section making function such as
ON/OFF setting of each item if necessary. Check
other setting such as roughing, then touch START.
Preoperational blade change: Blade change at the
beginning with ON.
Print: Print onto the slides with ON.
Auto trimming: Auto trimming with ON.
RATIO(%) : Setting of the trimming %.
Blade mark detection

Blade mark check with ON.
ABORTED : System performs blade change if the
blade marks continuously occurs.
