Troubleshooting Printer Issues

IDW500 User Guide

Troubleshooting Printer Issues

Clearing Paper Jams

1.

Open the printer media compartment using the release lever on the front of the printer.

2.

Remove the ribbon.

3.

Carefully pull any remaining paper from the paper path.

4.

Cut the paper and remove the paper roll from the printer.
