Once the system is running, a test page is printed. It takes about two minutes for the system to initialize.
Note
USB compatible devices, such as keyboards and mice, are not supported for use with the IDW500
console.
Setting Up the Camera
1.
Install the fully charged batteries in the camera.
2.
Locate the Toshiba FlashAir™ card that came with the kit. Install the card in the camera.
3.
Power the camera ON.
4.
Once the setup menu appears, follow the prompts on the camera to enter the time and date information.
5.
Press the
MENU
button and set file size to 5 mega pixels.
6.
When you are done, press the
PLAYBACK
button to exit the setup menu. You are now ready to take ID photos!
Note
The camera and card may take up to two (2) minutes to sync up with the console. Upon syncing up
with the camera, your console briefly displays a “Camera Found” message.
