The DITECH Smart Home iL UP-Room Control Unit Display (DT5639) is mounted
on a flush-type box.
1. Disconnect from the mains network and secure against unintended activation.
2. If necessary, remove the cover of an existing wall thermostat, disconnect the
wiring and remove the wall thermostat.
3. Disconnect the electronic unit of the DITECH Smart Home iL UP-Room Control
Unit Display (DT5639) from the power supply unit (F) (see fig. 5 page 4).
4. Connect the external conductor to terminal L (G) of the power supply unit (see
fig. 2 page 4), (see fig. 3 page 4).
5. Connect the neutral conductor to terminal N (H) of the power supply unit.
6. Connect the cable of the actuator to terminal 1 (I) of the power supply unit.
7. Insert the power supply unit into the flush-type box and fasten the screws.
8. Place the old or the supplied interchangeable frame (A) on the power supply unit.
9. Insert the electronic unit (B) into the frame (see fig. 5 page 4).
10. Connect to the mains network.
5.2 Teach-in device
DITECH Smart Home iL UP-Room Control Unit Display (DT5639) can be integrated
into the DITECH Smart Home iL system and communicate with other devices, it must
first be taught-in. The teach-in takes place directly at the DITECH Smart Home iL Base
Station or at the DITECH Smart Home iL central unit for controlling the entire room
