13.2. Playlist Manager Menu Options
From the Playlist Manager screen, the available Menu options are:
MENU – PLAYLIST MANAGER
Selection Description
New Playlist Create a new (empty) Playlist.
Duplicate Duplicate an existing Playlist.
Rename Rename a Playlist.
Export to Folder Make a copy of the Playlist contents to the
Export
folder on HD1 or any connected memory device.
Export to Device*
Export Playlist with contents to a connected
Picture Porter 35.
* This option is only visible when a target Picture
Porter 35 is connected and accessible.
Delete
Delete Playlist.
You will have an option to delete the original files
or to delete only the Playlist and leave the original
files intact.
New Playlist:
1. Press
MENU and select
New Playlist
.
2. Next, use the on-screen keyboard to name the new Playlist.
An empty Playlist will be created. See
Section
13.6. Adding
Entries to a Playlist
for instructions on adding contents to your
Playlist.
Duplicate:
1. Navigate to the Playlist you want to duplicate.
2. Press
MENU and select
Duplicate
.
3. The on-screen keyboard will appear with the original Playlist
name followed by ‘
_dup
’ at the end. You can change the name
of the duplicate Playlist before selecting
OK
to confirm and
create a duplicate of the selected Playlist.
A duplicate Playlist will be created with the assigned Playlist
name.
