When a limit condition is detected the interlock circuit disconnects all
inputs so that the motor decelerates to a halt. To re-start the motor it
is necessary to change the Direction Request, when the input
conditions will be restored allowing the motor to move off in the
opposite direction. Grounding the positive limit input inhibits motion
when the Direction Request is at "0"; the negative limit input inhibits
motion when the Direction Request is at "1".
