INT. CK OUT/HOME SPEED IN: This is the output from the
BC7 internal oscillator. It is normally linked internally to the buffer
input via link 6 on the buffered clock card. This same terminal
becomes the HOME SPEED input if an RC9 ramped clock is used in
place of the BC7.

BUFF. CK IN/FAST MOD: The clock input to the buffer which
may be driven by an external pulse source. The low-going input
pulses should remain low for at least 10
µ
S and the maximum
permitted frequency is 20kHz. It becomes the FAST MODIFY input if
an RC9 is used. When the motor is operating in the slew region the
Fast speed may be varied by means of this input. To make use of
this facility it is necessary to remove link 1 on the clock card.
