TIME

The hours and minutes scroll separately.
Accept by pushing the blue bar.
If you have set COOK or CHILL, the time starts after
the set temperature is reached.
Note:
• 0...99°C time starts when food reaches set
temperature.
• 100...125 °C time starts when jacket reaches set
temperature.
Max time is 23h 59min. Cancel time by just pushing
the TIME button again.
CHILL

Accept temperature by pushing the blue bar.
The kettle chills to this temperature and then
chilling stops.
Set CHILL-HOLD by setting TIME also. More about
chilling on page 40.
MEASURE WATER
Set the liters to fill. Minimum 0 liters, maximum =
kettle volume.
Accept by pushing the blue bar.
IF the kettle has an optional hot water connection,
pressing the MEASURE button 3-4 seconds
changes the cold water fill to a hot water fill. The
blue marking in the picture turns red (see below).
After a few seconds the filling starts.
Note! If jacket filling (to steam generator) is on,
the kettle filling starts when the jacket filling is
finished.
