The  hot  air  nozzle  of  the  Home  Roasting  System  is  fitted  with  an 

overheating protection feature. 

The  roasting  process  can  be  interrupted  by  pressing  the  "Start/Stop" 

button. This automatically starts a 3,5 minute cooling period.  

If the roasting drum is mounted incorrectly or comes to a standstill during 

operation, the Home Roasting System switches off automatically. These 

errors are indicated by 2 of the control panel LEDs blinking alternately. 

Cleaning 

Never  clean  immediately  after  use.  The  Home  Roasting  System  must 

only be cleaned when it has cooled down.  

Always disconnected from the power supply before cleaning.  

Only clean with a brush, a cloth which is dry or has been fully wrung out. 

Never hold under water. 

The roasting drum can be cleaned in a dishwasher. 

 

NOTE! 

  Prior to beginning a new roasting process, the Home  

Roasting System must be cleared of broken coffee 

beans, or ones that have fallen out of the drum. This 

ensures correct circulation of air around the drum. 

Maintenance 

The  Home  Roasting  System  has  no  user  serviceable  parts  and  should 

operate without maintenance. 

Any repairs must only be carried out by approved service centres. 

 

CAUTION!    Maintenance by unqualified persons will invalidate 

the guarantee.
