Pull out the mains plug on the SM-200 TE.

Set the On/Off switch for the abrasives to position 

0

 (OFF).

Loosen the star handles and remove the safety guard.

Loosen the mounting nut

 of the flange cover 

[3]

 (right-hand 

thread).

Remove the flange cover 

[3]

Remove the polishing wheel 

[1]

.

Clean the shaft.

Mount the new polishing wheel.

Mount the flange cover.

Tighten the mounting nut of the flange cover 

[3]

 (right-hand 

thread).

Mount the safety guard and tighten the star handles.

Plug in the mains plug on the SM-200 TE.

10.6 Readjusting the ribbed belt

NOTE

Pull out the mains plug before changing the polishing wheel on the 
grinding and honing machine.
