Expansion Slots
PCI Express x16 Slot
Install PCI Express x16 graphics card, that comply to the PCI Express specifications, into the
PCI Express x16 slot. To install a graphics card into the x16 slot, align the graphics card above
the slot then press it down firmly until it is completely seated in the slot. The retaining clip of
the slot will automatically hold the graphics card in place.
PCI Express x4 Slot
Install PCI Express cards such as network cards or other cards that comply to the PCI Express
specifications into the PCI Express x4 slot.
PCI Express x8 Slot
Install PCI Express cards such as network cards or other cards that comply to the PCI Express
specifications into the PCI Express x8 slot.
M.2 M Key Socket
The M.2 socket is the Next Generation Form Factor (NGFF) which is designed to support multiple
modules and make the M.2 more suitable in application for solid-state storage.

CONT Stat GRN LED indicates that status is good.
CONT Stat Amber LED indicates that status is bad.
BMC AST2500 Heartbeat LED indicates if the BMC SPI flash is programmed. The hardware mode
includes below blinking modes:

Always dark means
