Choke in the CLOSED position on a hot engine or an engine that has
been exposed to thermal heat for a long period of time.
Move choke to the OPEN po si tion.

Low water supply.
Water supply must be at least 5 GPM @ 20 psi (138 kPa).
NOTE:
The
pressure washer can not start in PRESSUREREADY® system mode with low
water supply.

Leak at high pressure hose fitting.
Repair leak. Apply sealant tape if necessary.

Nozzle obstructed.

Water filter screen clogged.
Remove and clean filter. See

Air in garden and/or high pressure hose.
Turn off the engine, then the cold water source. Disconnect the cold water
source from the pump inlet and turn the cold water source on to remove all
air and debris from the hose. When there is a steady stream of water present,
turn cold water source off. Reconnect cold water source to pump inlet and
turn on wa ter source. Squeeze the spray gun trigger for approximately 30
seconds or until a steady stream of water is present.

High pressure hose is too long.
Use high pressure hose under 50 feet (15.24 m). Lengthen water supply hose
instead of high pressure hose.

Chemical/soap filter clogged.
Clean chemical/soap filter.

Chemical/soap filter not in cleaning solution.
Make sure filter end of chemical/soap hose is fully submerged into chemical/
cleaning soap.

Chemical/cleaning soap too thick.
Dilute chemical/cleaning soap. Chemical/cleaning soap should be the same
consistency as water.

Worn seal or packing.
Have parts cleaned or replaced by authorised service centre.

Chemical/cleaning soap build up in chemical injector.
Have replaced by an authorised service centre.

Worn or obstructed valves.
Have replaced by authorised service centre.

Worn unloader piston.
Have replaced by authorised service centre.

Worn or broken o-ring.
Check and replace.

Loose hose connection.
Tighten.

Clean air filter element. Refer to engine instruction manual for
correct procedure.

are flashing indicating a problem.

for problem. After problem is
solved clear and reset the fault code.
1. Press the ON/STOP button to clear and reset the fault code.
2. If the fault code does not clear, remove and reinstall battery.
