9 Product liability and warranty
DeVilbiss assumes no warranty for damages caused by the following reasons:
Unsuitable or improper use
Use of non-original DeVilbiss parts
Faulty assembly
Start-up performed by the buyer or a third party
Natural wear and tear of wear parts
Faulty handling or maintenance
DeVilbiss ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR INJURIES, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATED TO LOSS OF COMPANY VALUE, PRODUCTION,
OR INCOME, DAMAGE CAUSED BY INCORRECT USE OF EQUIPMENT BY THE BUYER
OR OTHER PERSONS.
