ALARMS
DB2003 allows you to set a threshold for the values of some of the monitored signals. When the
threshold is passed and this continues for a certain amount of time, an alarm event notification is sent.
The notification can be made in one way or in a combination of ways: E-mail, SNMP trap, SMS or
GPO activation. You must Enable/Disable the respective notification method for all Telemetry Port
alarms. That way, you can disable all alarms for this particular Telemetry Port. For each alarm, the
notification method is selected individually.

This table shows which levels are monitored for the respective signals, as well as the available
alarms depending on the model of the monitored device. Admin can choose which ones to enable
and at what thresholds. With the Reset button, you return the counter and the timer of the respective
alarm to zero.
