personal injury hazards.

more than 60° to
prevent displacement of Catch-Tray, which may cause leakage of the
Catch-Tray and release of cut pieces.
3 Step-by-step instructions
3.1 Preparation of AutoMatrix
®
Snippers
+
1. Attach Catch-Tray from the left side to the Snippers
+
by sliding the u-shaped cavity
into the nut below the bolt head. Turn the Catch-Tray of 90° in the instrument axis of
the Snippers
+
(Figure 1).
2. Make sure that the pin on the lower surface of the Catch-Tray clicks in the hole upon
the upper side of the blade edge.

2.2 Precautions
These products are intended to be used only as specifcally outlined in these Instruc-
tions for Use.
Any use of these products inconsistent with these Instructions for Use is at the discre-
tion and sole responsibility of the dental practitioner.

should be cleaned and disinfected according to the proce-
dure given [4 Hygiene] prior to (frst) use or storage.
• Use protective measures for the dental team and patients such as glasses and rub-
ber dam in accordance with local best practice.
• Prior to application, make sure that the Catch-Tray is properly connected to the
Snippers
+
: Turn instrument and check that there is no gap between Catch-Tray and
Snippers
+
(Figures 2, 3 and 4). Make sure that the Catch-Tray is empty.
• After clipping, immediately retrieve any loose part and remove from mouth.
