If an error occurs while uploading, the popup message shown on the right is
displayed.
The error messages are listed below.
Message Problem Solution
File open error The file to be uploaded is
currently open. Close the file and try again.
Aborted Upload has been aborted. Check the communication settings and
communication log, then try again.
If the error still occurs, check that the
communication parameters in the host
computer are the same as the BHT.
Cannot open port The communication port has
already been opened. Close the communication port that is
already opened for another process, and
then try again.
Protocol timeout A timeout has occurred. Check the communication settings and
communication log, then try again.
If the error still occurs, check that the
communication parameters in the host
computer are the same as the BHT.
Select one or more
files. No files have been correctly
selected for uploading. Select the file(s) to upload and then try
again.
