4.5.7 Ping menu
The “Ping” tab in the Wireless LAN menu is used to perform a ping test.
Destination IP or Name: Enter the IP address or name of the host
computer in order to ping.
Tap the “Setting” button to set the ping parameters.
Tap the “Start” button to start the ping test.

Note

The default host name of the BHT is “BHT” shown as a "Device name".
To find the “Device name”, tap the System icon in the control panel, then tap the
Device Name tab.
Change the default device name “BHT” to a different name in order to ping the BHT
from a remote device (such as a computer).
If the default device name “BHT” is used, the BHT will not respond to the ping
command sent from a remote device.
Ping result
The ping results will be displayed in the “Result” section on the screen.
Count:
Number of echo requests sent
OK: Number of echo replies
NG: Number of errors occurred during the ping test
Timeout:
Number of echo request timeouts occurred during the ping test
RTT Ave.(ms): Echo reply time
Select the “List” radio button to view the list of results.
Tap the “Save” button to save the results as files.
Tap the “Clear” button to clear the results.
