14. Disposal
Dispose the generator
Risk of fire or environmental damage! Avoid damage caused by leaking operating
supplies: drain the operating supplies prior to disposal! This generator must not be
disposed of with regular haushold waste! Dispose ot the generator in the appropriate
manner. For more information, consult your community waste disposal service. Items
which are labelled with the adjacent symbol must not be disposed of in household waste.
You must dispose of such old electrical and electronic equipment separately. Through
separate disposal you send old equipment for recycling or for other forms of re-use. You
will thus help to avoid in some cases that damaging materials get into the environment.
Dispose the packaging
The package protects the appliance against damage during transport. Packing materials are usually
chosen depending on their environmental friendliness and disposal method and can therefore be
recycled. Returning the package to material circulation saves raw materials and reduces waste
disposal costs.
CAUTION!
Parts of packages (e.g. foils, styropor) can be dangerous to children
. Risk of suffocation!
Keep parts of packages away from children and dispose them as soon as possible.
