bit 0=0: Pr.11-06 to 11-11 will be valid and Pr.11-03~11-05 are invalid.
bit 0=1: System will generate an ASR setting. At this moment, Pr.11-06~11-11 will be
invalid and Pr.11-03~11-05 are valid.
